Thu thập, quản lý và sử dụng thông tin chuyên gia để thành lập các Hội đồng khoa học, công nghệ và đổi mới sáng tạo, phục vụ xem xét, đánh giá, tư vấn đối với hồ sơ của tổ chức, doanh nghiệp gửi tới Quỹ — theo Quyết định 588/QĐ-BKHCN, mở rộng theo Luật KHCN & ĐMST 93/2025/QH15.To collect, manage and use expert information for forming science-technology-innovation councils that review, evaluate and advise on dossiers submitted to the Fund — under Decision 588/QD-BKHCN, expanded by the 2025 STI Law (93/2025/QH15).

- Đăng ký tài khoản dùng chung của nền tảng natif.gov.vn (SSO).Register a shared natif.gov.vn platform account (SSO).
- Kê khai hồ sơ chuyên gia theo biểu mẫu (lý lịch khoa học, năng lực, lĩnh vực).Complete the expert profile form (academic record, capacity, fields).
- Nộp hồ sơ và ký cam kết trung thực, liêm chính, phòng ngừa xung đột lợi ích.Submit and sign commitments on honesty, integrity and conflict-of-interest prevention.
- Quỹ thẩm định, xét công nhận và đưa vào cơ sở dữ liệu chuyên gia.The Fund appraises, recognises and adds the expert to the database.
- Tham gia hội đồng khi được mời; cập nhật hồ sơ định kỳ.Serve on councils when invited; update the profile periodically.
